Returns and Exchanges

All hair extensions are final sale. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow hair extensions to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers.

If the incorrect texture or length was shipped, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not be issued a refund. 

Once orders are processed, they can not be cancelled or returned. No exceptions.
