Can Ivy L Tresses be colored?
Ivy League Tresses are top quality unprocessed hair extensions. You can color your Ivy League Tresses. Ensure that your colored hair is properly conditioned and moisturized. We do not recommend bleaching the curly and deepwave textures. Harsh chemicals will damage the curl pattern.
How many bundles of Ivy L Tresses will I need for a full sew in?
Each bundle weighs approximately 3.0 ounces. For a full sew in, it is recommended to use 6-9 ounces of Ivy L Tresses. It is recommended to use at least 2 bundles for lengths 14-16 inches , at least 3 bundles for lengths 18-22 inches, and at least 4 bundles for lengths 24-26 inches. Please be aware that the longer the length of the hair , the shorter the weft.
What is the lifespan of my Ivy L Tresses?
Ivy L Tresses have a lifespan of 2 years if properly cared for.
Which Shampoo and Conditioner should I use?
It is recommended to use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner with keratin, Moroccan, or argon oil. Please avoid using heavy styling products.
What is the cost of shipping?
There are two options for Domestic shipping: 1) USPS Priority Mail $10.50. 2) Expedited Shipping $35. There is one option for International shipping: 1) USPS Priority Mail International $35.
How long is shipping?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed it will be shipped via First Class Mail (3-5 business days), Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or Expedited Mail (1-2 business days). All deliveries require a signature confirmation.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes. Expedited shipping has a processing time of 3-5 business days and a shipping time of 1 business day for $35 via USPS Express Mail.
What is the return policy for Ivy L Tresses?
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
